Mark Fisher MRICS BSc

Mark Fisher is a Chartered Surveyor with over three decades of experience in the central London office market. Mark specializes in the sourcing, acquisition, and strategic asset management of commercial property for investment and development.

Since joining Tuckerman in 1994 and stepping into the role of Managing Director in 2007, Mark has led the practice with a focus on delivering high-value, bespoke real estate strategies. Under his leadership, Tuckerman delivers a true niche service—frequently executing off-market transactions with a deep focus on the Victoria submarket. Backed by a energetic and passionate team, Mark advises a diverse client base ranging from private individuals and family offices to major institutional property companies and landed estates.

Philip Martin B Eng (Hons)
Financial Director | Investment & Development, Office Agency, Asset Management & Strategic Advice

Philip joined Tuckerman in 1987, having originally trained as a Civil Engineer and was appointed Finance Director in 2007. He provides investment and development advice to private and commercial landlords, as well as strategic acquisition and disposal advice to Landlords and Tenants.

Philip is actively engaged with our joint venture company USP London.

Philip has acted for a host of clients over the years including funds, solicitors, charities and property companies including Quadrum Global, Valio, Global Holdings Management Group, Guinness Asset Management, Winckworth Sherwood, Dentist Provident, WELPUT, Rockstar Games, St Edwards, The Milton Group, Marchmont IM, CIOT and Caxton FX.

Alex Lewis FRICS IRRV BSc (Hons)
Director | Landlord & Tenant, Valuation, Industrial & Retail Agency & Rating

Alex Lewis joined Tuckerman in 1997 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1999. He was awarded Fellowship status (FRICS) in 2009 in recognition of his extensive professional experience, technical expertise and contribution to the surveying profession.

As a highly experienced general practice surveyor, Alex advises a diverse client base across all aspects of commercial property. His expertise encompasses landlord and tenant matters, valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, industrial and retail agency, and business rates. Combining detailed technical knowledge with a pragmatic, commercial approach, Alex is committed to delivering tailored advice that supports his clients' long-term property and business objectives.

Alex has established a particularly strong reputation within the charity and housing association sectors, where he has acted for many of the UK's leading registered providers and charitable organisations. His broad client portfolio also includes major property companies, institutional landlords and corporate occupiers, reflecting the depth and versatility of his expertise. Clients have included Peabody Trust, Notting Hill Genesis, Southern Housing, Landsec, Derwent London, PetroChina, the Federation of Small Businesses, John Lewis Partnership and The Guinness Partnership, among many others.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and personable approach, Alex prides himself on building long-standing relationships founded on trust, responsiveness and sound commercial judgement. His breadth of experience enables him to provide strategic advice across a wide range of property challenges, helping clients maximise the value and performance of their assets.

Away from the office, Alex is a proud Welshman with a lifelong passion for rugby. Having played the game for many years, he continues to take part in veterans' and charity matches and has devoted almost two decades to coaching junior rugby at Shooters Hill RFC and Blackheath RFC, helping to develop the next generation of players.

An enthusiastic golfer and keen mountaineer, Alex has explored much of the European Alps, climbed peaks in New Zealand and completed the trek to Everest Base Camp in 2018. In November 2026, he plans to return to Nepal to undertake the Annapurna Circuit.

Alex is also an accomplished distance runner, having completed the London Marathon on five occasions while raising funds for local children's charities. He lives with his wife, Lisa, and their two children, Oliver and Ruby.

Guy Bowring MRICS BSc
Director | Head of Office Agency

Guy joined Tuckerman in 1999, joining the Board in 2006. He heads up the Office Agency Team, providing strategic development and leasing advice to clients and has been involved in a number of high profile schemes and lettings over the past 22 years. Guy’s clients include some of the industry’s most respected Landlords, including Grosvenor, LandSec, LaSalle IM, The Crown Estate, Caledonia, Tannen Group, Aviva, Columbia Threadneedle and Motcomb Estates. He also advises a number of occupiers, including John Lewis, Pret a Manger and PetroIneos.

Guy works closely with the Investment and Development Team, providing advice on potential office/mixed use schemes from the design stage through to ultimate completion of lettings.

Outside of work, Guy is a keen member of the Microscope Ball Committee, which raises funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign (www.muscular-dystrophy.org). He has also raised over £100,000 for a variety of charities through various swimming exploits, and in 2015 led the Agent’s Team in the “Landlord vs Agent Sea BREEAM Challenge”; which was a series of competitive swims including the 11oC Dart 10k (non-wetsuit) and a relay race across the English Channel.

Guy lives in Kent with his wife, Caroline, and their two children, Annabelle and Freddie. He is also an avid rugby and cricket fan, following the national teams whenever and wherever he can. In any spare time left over, he enjoys nothing more than a decent meal and glass of wine with family and friends!

Scott Fisher MRICS
Director | Agency

Scott joined Tuckerman in 2022 after gaining client-side experience at The Arch Company, where he worked in the leasing team managing a diverse portfolio across England and Wales. He became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2021 and was promoted to Director after three and a half years with the firm. As part of Tuckerman's Office Agency team, Scott advises Landlords, Developers, and businesses on leasing and acquiring office space across Central London, with a particular focus on Victoria and Westminster. Scott acts for a range of private and institutional clients, including Landsec, Old Park Lane Management, Motcomb Estates and Workspace.

Scott is known for his proactive and enthusiastic approach. He enjoys working closely with colleagues at Tuckerman and at our sister company USP London across the agency, investment, and development teams to achieve the best results for clients. Outside work, Scott enjoys keeping active. In the winter, he spends as much time as possible skiing with family and friends, while during the summer he enjoys running along the River Thames and playing golf.

Jade Henson-Amphlett (BA MSc)
Senior Surveyor | Office Agency

Jade joined Tuckerman in 2024 from BBG Real Estate London, following the completion of a Master's degree in Real Estate at the University of Reading. Prior to moving into commercial property, she spent five years working in the insurance industry, bringing a strong commercial mindset, analytical approach and client-focused perspective to her role.

As part of Tuckerman's Office Agency team, Jade advises landlords and occupiers on all aspects of office leasing across Central London, with particular expertise in the Victoria and Belgravia markets. She works closely with clients to manage commercial property portfolios, develop leasing strategies and undertake tenant acquisitions across London, delivering tailored advice to meet both investment and occupational objectives.

Jade acts for a number of leading property owners and institutional clients, including Grosvenor Estate, Le Salle, London & Oriental, Derwent London, Motcomb Estates and Columbia Threadneedle. She is recognised for her proactive approach, attention to detail and commitment to building strong, long-term client relationships.

Outside the office, Jade enjoys travelling, interior design and discovering new foodie hotspots; an ideal weekend including countryside walks to the pub with her dog, Barnaby, or supporting her hometown rugby club, the Leicester Tigers.

Jamie joined Tuckerman in 2025, having previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he gained valuable experience advising on Central London office markets. He qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2023 and is part of Tuckerman's Office Agency team.

Specialising in office acquisitions and disposals across London's West End, Jamie advises both landlords and occupiers, with particular expertise in the Victoria and Westminster submarkets. He works closely with clients to develop tailored leasing strategies, providing commercially focused advice throughout the transaction process to help maximise value and achieve successful outcomes.

Drawing on his experience at both a global real estate consultancy and an independent advisory firm, Jamie combines strong market knowledge with a proactive, client-focused approach. He works collaboratively with colleagues across the agency and development teams, helping clients navigate an evolving occupational market with confidence.

Outside the office, Jamie enjoys travelling and making the most of the outdoors. Whether exploring new destinations, playing a round of golf or competing on the tennis court, he values staying active and embracing new challenges.

Tom Blood BA (HONS) MSC
Graduate Surveyor | Agency & Professional

Tom joined Tuckerman in 2025 as a Graduate Surveyor and is currently working towards qualification as a Chartered Surveyor through the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading, graduating in 2023, and gained valuable industry experience in property management before joining the firm.

Tom works across Tuckerman's Landlord & Tenant, Valuation and Agency teams, giving him broad exposure to all aspects of commercial property. His principal focus is landlord and tenant matters, where he assists with rent reviews, lease renewals and wider lease advisory work, supporting both landlords and occupiers through negotiations to help achieve commercially successful outcomes.

Alongside his landlord and tenant work, Tom is involved in the Agency team, advising on office acquisitions and disposals across Central London. Working with a broad range of clients, he supports both landlords and occupiers throughout the transaction process, developing his market knowledge while delivering responsive, client-focused advice.

As he progresses towards chartered status, Tom continues to build experience across multiple disciplines, benefiting from the opportunity to work alongside Tuckerman's experienced team on a diverse range of instructions and clients.

Outside the office, Tom is a keen runner and is currently training for the 2027 London Marathon. He is also a dedicated supporter of Stoke City Football Club and enjoys travelling to London away fixtures whenever he can.

Joining Tuckerman in 2010, Natalie is a CIMA qualified accountant with over 20 years experience in accounting and finance. She has a keen eye for detail, but is always aware of the broader picture and works closely with our joint venture companies to ensure each company is maximising returns and fulfilling strategic objectives.

Natalie is passionate about providing meaningful, accurate and timely information, aiding decision making, increasing profitability, as well satisfying statutory requirements.

Ashley Gray

Ash has built his career around helping businesses find the right workspace to support their growth, culture and long-term ambitions. With extensive experience in the flexible office sector, he has developed a strong reputation for delivering strategic occupier advice and building lasting relationships across the serviced office market.

Ash began his commercial property career with One Avenue Group, where he quickly developed a passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences and advising businesses on flexible workspace solutions. He went on to join Instant, further expanding his expertise across the flex market. Following success in both client-facing and strategic roles, he was promoted to lead the London Flex Desk, overseeing a wide range of occupier requirements and advising businesses of all sizes on their workspace strategies.

As Head of Flexible Workspace Advisory at Tuckerman, Ash leads the firm's flexible office offering, helping clients navigate an increasingly dynamic market. Working with businesses ranging from start-ups to multinational organisations, he provides strategic advice on flexible office acquisitions, market trends and workplace solutions, ensuring each client secures space that aligns with their operational needs, culture and future growth plans.

Known for his collaborative approach, extensive market knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional client service, Ash combines commercial insight with a genuine passion for helping businesses make informed property decisions.

Outside the office, Ash enjoys following rugby, spending time on the golf course and relaxing with a well-earned Guinness. When he's not watching the match or working on his golf swing, he can usually be found taking long walks with his dog, Bugsy.

Ed Wynne
Flexible Office Space | Advisory

Ed joined Tuckerman following a successful career in the flexible office sector, bringing extensive experience of advising occupiers across the UK and international markets. He began his commercial property career during the pandemic as a Sales Analyst at Easy Offices, where his analytical approach, commercial acumen and leadership skills quickly saw him progress into a Sales Manager role, leading a team of 15 brokers covering the UK market.

Following the merger of Easy Offices and Instant Offices, Ed moved into a Senior Broker position specialising in the London market before expanding his remit to advise clients across the UK and Ireland. This broad experience has given him an in-depth understanding of the flexible workspace sector and the evolving needs of modern occupiers.

At Tuckerman, Ed is focused on growing the firm's flexible office offering, working closely with businesses of all sizes to identify workspace solutions that support their operational, financial and strategic objectives. He continues to advise clients both across the UK and internationally, combining market knowledge with a client-focused approach to deliver tailored, commercially effective solutions.

Outside the office, Ed remains heavily involved with his local rugby club, having recently retired from playing after many years on the pitch. He is also a keen golfer and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with his dog, Otis, who is rarely far from his side—and is usually the centre of attention wherever they go.

Laura Mepham
Office Manager | Team Secretary

Laura is Tuckerman's Office Manager and Team Secretary and has been a valued member of the team for many years. As the hub of the office, she plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, providing administrative and operational support across the firm and helping colleagues deliver the highest level of service to clients.

Highly organised, approachable and dependable, Laura is responsible for keeping the office running efficiently, coordinating a wide range of administrative functions and providing invaluable support to the wider team. Her positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to help make her an essential part of the Tuckerman team.

Away from the office, Laura enjoys making the most of the outdoors with her two much-loved dogs, Mabel and Murphy. A passionate dog enthusiast, she travels across the country competing with them in the hope of one day achieving her dream of qualifying for Crufts. When she's not training or competing, you'll usually find her exploring the countryside with her four-legged companions.

Karen Perkins
Team Secretary | Book Keeper

Karen joined Tuckerman in May 2001 and has been an integral part of the business for more than two decades. Throughout her time with the firm, she has provided invaluable administrative and financial support, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office.

Karen is responsible for a broad range of duties, including secretarial support, office administration and bookkeeping. She also provides these services to Tuckerman's sister company, USP London, where her extensive knowledge of the business, attention to detail and dependable approach makes her a trusted and highly valued member of both teams.

Karen also plays a key role in supporting and understanding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements within the company. She is committed to ensuring compliance with AML regulations by identifying potential risks and helping maintain a strong culture of regulatory compliance. Through ongoing learning, Karen contributes to protecting the business from financial crime.

Known for her professionalism, organisational skills and willingness to support colleagues across the business, Karen's experience and commitment have made her an essential part of Tuckerman's continued success.

Outside the office, Karen enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Glen, and their daughter, Grace. Family is at the heart of her life, and she enjoys making the most of every opportunity to be together.

Mabel is an integral part of the Tuckerman team, proudly holding the titles of Office Dog, unofficial Happiness Officer and Head of Office Security!

As a purebred Cocker Spaniel, Mabel takes her responsibilities very seriously — from enthusiastically greeting colleagues and welcoming visitors to keeping morale high and ensuring there’s always a friendly face around the office.

Her cheerful personality and unwavering enthusiasm make her a much-loved member of the team, helping to create a positive, welcoming workplace where wellbeing and good spirits are always on the agenda.

When she’s not busy at work, Mabel can be found enjoying long walks, perfecting her tail-wagging technique, catching up on afternoon naps and, of course, accepting the occasional treat from her colleagues.
