Mark joined Tuckerman in 1994, and became Managing Director in 2007. He advises on investment and development property on behalf of clients including Grosvenor, Land Securities and Westminster School. He works closely with all departments in the company to ensure that internal communication is optimised, and the best results achieved for our clients.

He also looks after our various Joint Venture companies including Union Street Partners, Tandem property management, Flexible Office Space and Square One Real Estate, our residential development brand. Finally, he has started Scenespace which is our new film location promotion platform.

A big believer in the urban environment, Mark also runs social amenity websites, Vickipedia, 10Bridges and Sobo.London which promote amenities in the SW1and South London area.

Mark works pro-bono for The Passage Homeless Shelter in Victoria and is one of the trustees, raising funds for the refurbishment of their various buildings in the area.

Philip joined Tuckerman in 1987, having originally trained as a Civil Engineer and was appointed Finance Director in 2007. He provides investment and development advice to private and commercial landlords, as well as strategic acquisition and disposal advice to landlords and tenants.

Philip is actively engaged with the joint ventures companies including Union Street Partners, Sq One Real Estate, Flexible Office Space and is a board member of Tandem Property Asset Management.

Philip has acted for a host of clients over the years including funds, solicitors, charities and property companies including Quadrum Global, Valio, Global Holdings Management Group, Guinness Asset Management, Winckworth Sherwood, Dentist Provident, WELPUT, Rockstar Games, St Edwards, The Milton Group, Marchmont IM, CIOT and Caxton FX.

Alex joined Tuckerman in 1997 qualifying as a member of the RICS in 1999 and was awarded his fellowship in 2009. Alex is a true general practice surveyor, covering most disciplines from agency to professional work, and is well known for unrivalled attention to detail. His clients include the Peabody Trust, Notting Hill Genesis, CLS Holdings and Freshwater.

Outside of work, Alex is a keen rugby player and coaches under 13s rugby at Blackheath RFC, based in South East London.

Alex is married to Lisa and has two children, Oliver and Ruby. Alex is also keen on golf and has run the London Marathon on 4 occasions raising money for local children’s charities.

Guy joined Tuckerman in 1999, joining the Board in 2006. He heads up the Office Agency Team, providing strategic development and leasing advice to clients and has been involved in a number of high profile schemes and lettings over the past 22 years. Guy’s clients include some of the industry’s most respected Landlords, including Grosvenor, LandSec, LaSalle IM, The Crown Estate, Caledonia, Tannen Group, Aviva, Columbia Threadneedle and Motcomb Estates. He also advises a number of occupiers, including John Lewis, Pret a Manger and PetroIneos.

Guy works closely with the Investment and Development Team, providing advice on potential office/mixed use schemes from the design stage through to ultimate completion of lettings.

Outside of work, Guy is a keen member of the Microscope Ball Committee, which raises funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign (www.muscular-dystrophy.org). He has also raised over £100,000 for a variety of charities through various swimming exploits, and in 2015 led the Agent’s Team in the “Landlord vs Agent Sea BREEAM Challenge”; which was a series of competitive swims including the 11oC Dart 10k (non-wetsuit) and a relay race across the English Channel. Guy is currently in the early stages of planning his next swim challenge for 2022!!

Guy lives in Kent with his wife, Caroline, and their two children, Annabelle and Freddie. He is also an avid rugby and cricket fan, following the national teams whenever and wherever he can. In any spare time left over, he enjoys nothing more than a decent meal and glass of wine with family and friends!

Scott joined Tuckerman in 2022 having worked client side in the leasing team at The Arch Co. He became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2021. In Scott’s day to day role at Tuckerman he sits in the agency team where he advises Landlords and Tenants across Central London with a focus on the Victoria submarket.

In his spare time Scott enjoys travelling, cooking and stays active playing sport, he also completed in the West End vs City Agents Boxing event in 2018.

Joining Tuckerman in 2010, Natalie is a CIMA qualified accountant with over 20 years experience in accounting and finance. She has a keen eye for detail but is always aware of the broader picture and works closely with our Joint Venture partners to ensure each company is maximising returns and fulfilling strategic objectives.

Understanding that regular effective communication and having an in depth knowledge of each company’s needs is the key to providing an excellent service, Natalie is passionate about providing meaningful, accurate and timely information, aiding decision making, increasing profitability, as well satisfying statutory requirements.

Grace joined Tuckerman in 2023 having worked as a Graduate Surveyor in the Commercial division at Carter Jonas, after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate.

Grace’s primary role is working within the Agency team. She will also be working closely in other aspects of the business including Valuation as she looks to gain the experience required to sit her APC.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys staying active in the gym, running and brunching with friends. She has recently ran 2 half marathons, raising money for the British Heart Foundation.

Oscar joined Tuckerman in 2021 having recently graduated from Oxford Brookes with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate.

Oscar's primary role is working within the Agency team. He will also be working closely with other aspects of the business, as he looks to gain the experience required to sit his APC.

Outside of work, Oscar is a keen sportsman and has recently undertaken a 24hr relay run, raising money for Young Minds. In the winter months, Oscar is an avid skier.

Laura has been at Tuckerman for 12 years and has a varied role encompassing Office Manager, PA and Team Secretary.

Laura enjoys going on adventures with her dog 'Mad Mabel' and being involved in various sporting activities including playing dodgeball with her team the 'Dodgy Ballers'.

Karen joined Tuckerman in May 2001. Her role covers a multiple of duties varying from secretarial, administrative services as well as bookkeeping. She also helps provide these roles for our sister companies Union Street Partners, Flexible Office Space and Square One Real Estate.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality family time with her husband Glen and daughter Grace.
