Vivo Services Limited


Tuckerman have advised Vivo Services Limited on property related matters for a number of years. We recently have successfully negotiated a lease renewal on the 5th floor of The Peak, 5 Wilton Road, London, SW1 from March 2022 on the basis of a 5 year term, subject to a Tenant only option to break at the expiry of the 1st year.

The floor comprised approximately 10,818 sq ft, and the Tenant subsequently operated their break, effective March 2023. At this point, Tuckerman were instructed to acquire alternative premises on behalf of Vivo Energy Services Limited and in December 2022, successfully acquired the ground floor of Ebury Gate, 23 Lower Belgrave Street, London, SW1 on the basis of a new lease expiring in October 2024.
