In late 2019, Tuckerman were instructed by Astus UK Limited in connection with the rent review of their premises at The Davidson Building, 5 Southampton Street, London WC2.

The premises comprised a 5th floor office arranged over 4,372 sq ft and the Landlord served rent review notice at £460,000. Shortly before the submission of reports to the appointed Arbitrator, the parties were able to agree a revised rent of £375,000, representing a saving of £85,000 from the rent originally quoted by the Landlord in their Rent Review Notice.
