In 2018, Tuckerman were instructed to advise Parkwell Management Consultants Limited on a rent review of their premises at 8 Laurence Pountney Hill, London, EC4 from the 14th January 2019.

The premises comprised offices arranged over lower ground, ground and four upper floors totalling 5,538 sq ft, and whilst the Landlord’s served rent notice at £250,000 per annum, we were able to substantiate a reduction to £206,000, representing an annual saving to the Tenant equating to £44,000 per annum.
