Tuckerman was instructed by LandSec to renegotiate the lease to Intuit at Cardinal Place in Victoria. After some negotiation, the lease was agreed at a strong market level, with a further 50,000 sq ft being secured until a block date.
The result represented a great deal for both sides and with a long-standing LandSec customer, of excellent covenant strength.
