We were instructed by LandSec to renegotiate the regear of Schnieder Electric’s existing 11,000 sq ft 1st floor lease at 80 Victoria Street. Midway through negotiations, they advised that they required additional space and were negotiating to take a sublease of an adjacent unit. We therefore adapted the terms to provide for a reversionary lease across this additional unit.
A particularly challenging transaction, but where our client was delighted with the end result and securing a good occupier across additional space for a further ten years.
