Acting for Bestseller Group, Tuckerman was instructed to find a Tenant for various units comprising 30,000 sq ft within a complex development site on Hanover Square. Whilst the space was in poor condition and the ideal lease term lacked long-term security, we made an approach to a managed office group who had invested in a building close by. After some negotiations, a deal was agreed which allowed for the development break options to continue, but a good level of investment to be justified and an appropriate rental level secured.
