Belgravia has long been the home of embassies and membership institution offices. Belgrave Square is at the heart of the area and with Eaton and Chester Squares have provided discrete offices for some of the most powerful people in the Capital over the years. Now that residential values are outstripping office values, much of the commercial property is being converted to exclusive houses with the remainder of the office stock in the area becoming even more sought after.

Grosvenor Gardens and Buckingham Palace Road offer commercial office tenants a Belgravia base but with proximity to Victoria Station. The spaces often have superb ceiling heights and very impressive stucco fronted facades, and can provide the ideal aspirational office suite for companies seeking to settle in SW1.

Ebury Street, Eccleston Street and Elizabeth Street all provide amazing independent bars, restaurants and hotels. The atmosphere is the area is relaxed but, at the same time, feels cosmopolitan and very upmarket.

Some favourite amenities would include The Thomas Cubitt, Santini's and the Olivo chain of Sicilian restaurants. It's most definitely the place to find either an ideal small office suite or a self-contained HQ.
