Tuckerman has undertaken another large off-market deal in Victoria.

Leading investment fund manager Polar Capital Holdings plc (“Polar Capital”)has become the latest global businesses to take space in Victoria, SW1.

Polar Capital, a specialist investment management company offering professional and institutional investors a range of geographical and sector funds, has agreed to take 19,000 sq ft at 16 Palace Street, SW1.

Polar Capital will be joining investment management experts Klesch, 3i and Albourne who are currently based in 16 Palace Street, SW1.

Tuckerman was instructed by Land Securities to find a tenant for the space in order to manage an exit by the incumbent tenant.
