Nova Food is bringing to Victoria 17 new restaurants, three pop-up kiosks and over 700 al fresco seats. With new concepts including Aster by D&D London, Stokehouse by Will Ricker, Railhouse Café by Adam White, a brand new concept from Jason Atherton and many more, Nova Food will be the new go-to destination for London’s discerning diners, offering all day dining from dawn till dusk.

We’re excited to see the first doors opening this side of Christmas including Timmy Green, Sourced Markets & Greenwood.

Aster

D&D, the brains behind Quaglinos, Bluebird and Coq d'Argent will open a new concept restaurant designed by Russell Sage Studio, comprising of a cafe, bar and food retail on the ground floor, together with a restaurant on the first floor. 

Barbecoa

Jamie Oliver's acclaimed barbecue steakhouse will launch its second site in Nova. The restaurant will boast a hidden garden and a stunning dining room, complete with an open kitchen. 

Bone Daddies

Ross Shonhan, chef-proprietor of Bone Daddies and Shackfuyu, is bringing his ramen bar to Nova. Alongside signature ramen and filled buns, Bone Daddies introduces a contemporary take on Osaka-style Okonomiyaki.

Franco Manca

The fabulous Franco Manca make delicious pizza on a sourdough base, topped with carefully chosen ingredients from sustainable producers. This latest branch at Nova will offer delicious organic wine and an open kitchen. 

Jason Atherton

Jason Atherton will add to his growing portfolio of iconic dining destinations that include Pollen Street Social and Berners Tavern, with the opening of an Italian dining concept at Nova. 

The Rail House Cafe

Adam White, co-founder of the renowned Riding House Cafe brings you to his new concept, with 150 covers, outside seating, bar and dining room. 

Shake Shack

Shake Shack sprouted from a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park, Manhattan. Now, this modern day 'roadside' burger joint serves up the most delicious burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes, bee, wine and more. 

Sourced Market

Working with the best of Britain's small, artisan producers, Sourced Market will bring their blend of market produce and all-day dining to Victoria, offering everything from artisan coffee to craft beer and charcuterie to croissants. 

Sticks 'n' Sushi

Sticks 'n' Sushi serve fresh food based on a unique combination of traditional sushi and yakitori sticks from the grill. For those less keen on fish, there is a selection of chicken, pork, beef and vegetable skewers - all grilled to order. 

The Stoke House

Will Ricker is bringing his new dining venture to Nova. Set in a bustling dining hall, The Stoke House is an American contemporary concept carvery that uses wood-burning pits to cook brisket, ribs, chicken and pulled pork.

Timmy Green

From the brains behind Daisy Green, Timmy Green will be bringing bottomless Aussie brunches by day and delectable small plates by night. Get ready for sexy salads and beautiful cocktails. 

Crosstown Doughnuts

Handmade hybrid sourdough doughnuts made fresh daily and finished with homemade jams, compotes, fillings, glazings and toppings - delicious!
