Asticus is a 50,000 sq ft Grade A office building, bought by SWIP in 2010. Having been Initially instructed to jointly market the 6,400 sq ft 7th floor, which we swiftly let to Business Growth Fund, we have subsequently helped to enhance the assets value through strong and proactive asset management.

We have subsequently sought out and negotiated “back-to-back” surrenders of an existing tenants’ leases, with simultaneous new lettings to Silversea Cruises and Agrekko respectively. As well as improving the AWULT of the asset, each deal also set new benchmark rental levels which have subsequently assisted with rent reviews. Most recently we used this evidence to settle a rent review at a rental of net effective rental of £67 psf, substantially in excess of clients expectations and further enhancing the asset’s value.
