Melford Capital has been a long term client for Tuckerman. We have identified several opportunities which have provided significant returns for the client over a short period of time. 66 Buckingham Gate SW1 (21,000 sq ft) was secured with a short lease but at a high yield. The lease was surrendered with a premium payable to our client and was then re-let to the government and sold on to a part owner-occupier.

The type of transaction was subsequently replicated at 1 Bessborough Gardens SW1 where we purchased a 25,000 sq ft property, took a surrender from Rolls Royce and sold the property to the Lithuanian Embassy.
